Microwave Choco Brownie

Microwave Choco Brownie

150g margarine                                                                                                                                                    

1 cup sugar                                                                                                                                                        

2 eggs beaten slightly                                                                                                                                     

1/2 cup plain flour  

1/2 cup almand powder                                                                                                                                                                 

4 table spoon cocoa                                                                                                                                        

4 table spoon drinking chocolate                                                                                                                                     

½ tea spoon baking powder                                                                                                                                      

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method

Melt margarine, add sugar and cool slightly, add eggs and vanilla essence.

Sift flour,almand, cocoa, drinking chocolate and baking powder

Blend into a liquid mixture

Pour into a greased microwave safe dished

Put into the microwave elevated on a plate and cook on high for 6 minutes

Allow to cool, dust with icing sugar and ENJOY !!!
